• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the bet remains valid.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wen Bet. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of the bonus system.
• Money laundering or concealing funds from illegal sources.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Wen Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violating these terms and conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Wen Bet will generally notify users via email or SMS before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
